CHELSEA AND TOTTENHAM HANDED FA FINE 'FAILING TO CONTROL PLAYERS'

The meeting between the two clubs at Stamford Bridge descended into chaos as Guus Hiddink's side came from two goals down to end Spurs' title challenge
Chelsea and Tottenham have been fined by the FA for failing to control players and officials in the Premier League clash that ended 2-2 earlier this month, handing the title to Leicester City.
The Blues have received a £375,000 fine, while Spurs have been hit with a £225,000 penalty after both clubs admitting to breaching rule E20 for "failing to control their players and/or officials".
Tottenham had nine players booked in the game at Stamford Bridge - a Premier League record - while three Chelsea players’ names ended up in Mark Clattenburg’s book.
Danny Rose’s touchline tackle on Willian in the 45th minute is the first incident the FA’s fine relates to.
