The Bayelsa State Police Command has confirmed the release of Madam Beauty Siasia, the mother of former Super Eagles Coach now head of Nigeria’s Under-23 National Team, Samson Siasia. Madam Siasia, 72, was abducted in the early hours of Tuesday , November 17 from her Odoni home in Sagbama Local Government Area of Bayelsa State. Confirming her release on Saturday, the Bayelsa Police spokesman, ASP Asinim Butswat, said the kidnappers freed their victim following a clampdown on their location by men of the Anti-Kidnapping Unit of the police.
