Lil Wayne says he's trying to sign and develop young talent in an effort to keep his music label at the top of the game . .. but Birdman is blocking his decisions.
In the long standing legal battle with
Birdman . .. Weezy claims in legal docs he tried to ink a deal with Chanel West Coast on his Young Money Label .. . but negotiations went south when Cash Money refused to give the official sign off .

Here's what 's odd - - back in 2013 it was reported Chanel signed with Young Money . .. and is still featured on their website as an artist. According to Wayne' s docs though . . .
the deal never went through . .. so it 's
unclear whether Chanel was ever officially brought on .

Wayne makes it clear though .. . Birdman is getting in the way of business and ultimately costing the company a ton of money . We reached out to Birdman for comment . .. so far no word back .

SCANDAL!!!: Amber Rose and Other Models in Internet Prostitution Scam--Get the Details

Amber Rose's likeness and name have been used to allegedly lure women into prostitution. According to TMZ, police are investigating a company that was soliciting models "for a paid celebrity photoshoot and clothing line." Up-and-coming models who saw the advertisement on Instagram and later contacted the business were reportedly told Amber was a key person in picking the models. Eventually, a purported FaceTime session between the model and Amber would be set up. When the prospective models called in, however, the company would reportedly use an old video from Amber's Ustream that would ultimately result in a bad connection. "If ur receiving emails or Text from amberrosemuva@gmail.com dat ain't me Bih," Amber tweeted over the weekend. "Apparently that email has been Facetiming my fans 2 with an old ustream I did then hanging up saying they had bad reception smh." She added, "Tricky f--ks....Very creative tho. I'll give them that.&
