Soulja Boy Reportedly Charged With Felony Gun Possession

In the past couple of weeks, Soulja Boy has commanded the spotlight as he prepares to take on Chris Brown in the boxing ring.

However, with the rapper's daily promotion regarding the forthcoming event, he may have forgotten that just last month he was arrested for violating the terms of his parole after a series of Instagram posts with him toting guns around caught up with him. As reported, the rapper is facing a serious slew of charges as a result of his threatening online behavior.

 

According to TMZ, Soulja Boy is facing a felony as a result of police finding a gun when they arrested him this past December.

As reported, he is facing two felony charges, possession of an assault weapon and being a felon in possession of a firearm, as well as a misdemeanor for stolen property. According to the report, one of the guns found in the rapper's house was reportedly a weapon that was stolen from a police car.

While the rapper frequently makes it known how he feels about assault weapons in his music, his Mini Draco AR-15 is now causing him all sort of trouble. The weapon also is illegal for anyone to possess in California.

According to TMZ, the rapper could face more than four years in prison as a result of the charges. Later this afternoon, Soulja reportedly pleaded not guilty and will return to court in February.

We're sure both 50 Cent and Chris Brown will have something to say about this in no time.

Amber Rose's likeness and name have been used to allegedly lure women into prostitution. According to TMZ, police are investigating a company that was soliciting models "for a paid celebrity photoshoot and clothing line." Up-and-coming models who saw the advertisement on Instagram and later contacted the business were reportedly told Amber was a key person in picking the models. Eventually, a purported FaceTime session between the model and Amber would be set up.
