According to TMZ President Obama has slip ed into vacation mode, his oldest daughter's rubbing elbows with Hollywood types ... for work, of course.

Malia Obama was spotted Tuesday in snowy Park City where the Sundance Film Festival is going down. She's reportedly signed on for an internship with Harvey Weinstein's film company while she takes a year off between high school and college.

The 18-year-old's paying her dues while Mom and Dad sip piña coladas.

As it should be. Said every parent ever.

Amber Rose's likeness and name have been used to allegedly lure women into prostitution. According to TMZ, police are investigating a company that was soliciting models "for a paid celebrity photoshoot and clothing line." Up-and-coming models who saw the advertisement on Instagram and later contacted the business were reportedly told Amber was a key person in picking the models. Eventually, a purported FaceTime session between the model and Amber would be set up. When the prospective models called in, however, the company would reportedly use an old video from Amber's Ustream that would ultimately result in a bad connection. "If ur receiving emails or Text from amberrosemuva@gmail.com dat ain't me Bih," Amber tweeted over the weekend.
