Veteran Nollywood cum Lawmaker, Desmond Elliot is celebrating one year in office as a Lawmaker. He took to IG appreciate God for the opportunity to be a Lawmaker.

Alongside a picture, the father of four wrote,

“One year as a lawmaker…Another great opportunity to say ‘Thank you Lord’ for this great opportunity to serve in this great state Lagos,these wonderful people of the state and good people of Surulere. I will never take it for granted ,for this is a Privilege and I say Thank you lord over and over again. It hasn’t been easy but IT IS WELL,“

Present at the one year celebration were Hon Jude Idimogu, Hon Victor Akande and Hon Rotimi Olowo, Oba of Agege Oba Kamila Isiba and Oba Kabiru Adewale Shotobi, the Ayangburen of Ikorodu.

Amber Rose's likeness and name have been used to allegedly lure women into prostitution. According to TMZ, police are investigating a company that was soliciting models "for a paid celebrity photoshoot and clothing line." Up-and-coming models who saw the advertisement on Instagram and later contacted the business were reportedly told Amber was a key person in picking the models. Eventually, a purported FaceTime session between the model and Amber would be set up. When the prospective models called in, however, the company would reportedly use an old video from Amber's Ustream that would ultimately result in a bad connection. "If ur receiving emails or Text from amberrosemuva@gmail.com dat ain't me Bih," Amber tweeted over the weekend.
