Ciara took to Instagram to show off a pair of baby shoes designed by Russell Wilson — but her caption has fans wondering if there might be TWO little ones on the way.

She captioned the photo:

What In The Cuteness Are These?!?!…. Our New Little Ones 1st Pair Of Shoes Designed By Their Daddy ??

Notice — she said “new little ones” and “their.”

At first we thought she might have been talking about baby Future, but he definitely wouldn’t be wearing his first pair of shoes…nor would she refer to him as her ‘new little one.’
