City's Joe Hart leaves match vs. Juventus after making incredible save

Mere seconds after making a fantastic save on Juventus striker Alvaro Morata, Manchester City goalkeeper Joe Hart was forced to leave Wednesday's Champions League contest with an undisclosed ailment.
Hart, who thwarted the Italian side on multiple occasions on the evening, was replaced by Willy Caballero.
